The peaches come from the town of Momoyama (aptly named peach mountain) where the whole valley is filled with peach blossoms come March and April filling the air with its fragrant aromas. The tree ripened peaches are crushed and blended with the base sake to make a rich and decadent sake. Enjoy chilled, on the rocks, or as a spritzer.
