KATAFUNE TOBIN DIAGINJO

Katafune Tobin (often referred to as Katafune Daiginjo "Tobindori") is an award-winning, competition-style Daiginjo sake crafted by Takeda Shuzo in Niigata, Japan. Famous for its iconic bulbous blue bottle, "Tobin" refers to the traditional 18-liter glass demijohns used to collect the most pristine drops of sake during the pressing process.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of blood orange peel and anise dominate the landscape wrapped in a basket of jasmine and violet flowers with weight and elegance that results in a long finish.
