IMAYO TSUKASA ARTESIAN WATER JUNMAI
This is the first Imayo Tsukasa sake to incorporate the famous Suganadake artesian spring water into it’s brewing process. The ultra-pure and soft Suganadake water is now trucked to the brewery to craft all Imayo Tsukasa sakes. This special water makes the sakes very smooth but also adds structure and earth tones for added complexity.
Tasting Notes: Green melon, hay and fresh aromas are complemented by earthy mineral tones. Refreshingly crisp and clean taste complements a wide array of dishes.
